"Defective Baltic Amber Teething Necklace"
I received the Baltic Amber Teething Necklace on June 1st, and by September 23rd, it had already broken. The thread came loose from the connector, and let me tell ya, it wasn’t even under any stress—just regular baby wear and tear. When I reached out, they only offered to sell me a new one at 60% off the original price, which is just not cool. It was pricey to begin with! The necklace broke after just a few months of light use. I requested a full replacement, but they never got back to me. Overall, a bad product and terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

"Misleading promises about the amber collar for dogs"
The amber collar for dogs doesn't do what it claims; it doesn't keep fleas away. My pup ended up with fleas about a month after I bought it, and it was supposed to be effective for a whole year, as per the website. Plus, it's pretty flimsy and is already losing bits of amber. The seller won't give me a refund and only offered a replacement if I cover the shipping costs.
